Mr. Vijay Bharti, an American citizen and owner of BHARTI.COM, who registered and using this domain for last five years, inadvertently became aware of an extraordinary court Order that was apparently made against him in India. Apparently, this Order purports to transfer the above-noted domain name away from him and award it to Bharti Televentures Ltd, an Indian company.
He learns of this Order through a news story.
